Supply Chain Compliance Manager

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Supply Chain Compliance Manager

Leading and developing a team of five to deliver a consistent, high-quality service

Owning supplier prequalification, onboarding, competence checks and ongoing compliance across multiple delegations

Ensuring suppliers and partners meet legal and regulatory requirements, including the Building Safety Act

Working closely with Health & Safety, procurement and operational teams to manage and reduce supply chain risk

Overseeing systems, audits and data accuracy to protect the business

Managing relationships with third-party providers

What you’ll bring to the table as a Supply Chain Compliance Manager

Previous experience in supply chain compliance, contractor management or supplier prequalification

Strong working knowledge of the Building Safety Act and supplier competence requirements

Proven experience leading and managing compliance-focused teams

Experience working with compliance systems, audits and regulatory data

Confidence engaging with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
